You choose your property and dates, then fill in the booking request form. Our team gets back to you within 24 hours with confirmation and payment details. No immediate online payment — you're guided step by step.

What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is generally 7 nights in high season (July-August) and 3 nights in low season. Each property has its own conditions stated on its listing.

Can I modify or cancel my booking?

Any modification or cancellation request must be made by email to skytravel.sardegna@gmail.com. Cancellation conditions vary by period and are specified in your quote. As a general rule, the deposit is non-refundable.

What are the payment terms?

Full payment is required on booking confirmation. We accept bank transfers and card payments via our secure system.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The displayed price includes everything except the local tourist tax (approximately €1-2/person/night depending on the municipality) and any final cleaning fees indicated on each property listing.

Do the properties match the photos?

Absolutely. We personally select each property and verify that reality matches the photos. If a property does not meet your expectations on arrival, contact us immediately — we will find a solution.

Are pets allowed?

It depends on each property. The pet policy is stated on each listing. If in doubt, contact us before booking and we will confirm whether your companion is welcome.

Is WiFi available?

The vast majority of our properties have WiFi. This is listed in the amenities of each listing. If connectivity is essential for you, mention it in your enquiry and we will direct you to the best-equipped properties.

Which airport should I use?

Sardinia has 3 airports: Cagliari (south), Olbia (north-east, Costa Smeralda) and Alghero (north-west). Olbia is ideal for the north of the island where most of our properties are located. Direct flights from major cities are available in summer.

Is it necessary to rent a car?

Yes, we strongly recommend it. Sardinia is best explored by car — the most beautiful beaches and coves are often only accessible by car. We can recommend local rental companies at preferential rates.

What is the best time to visit?

June and September are the ideal months: fewer crowds, warm water (27-28°C), pleasant temperatures (28-30°C). July-August is peak season — more lively but also more expensive. May and October are perfect for hikers and those seeking peace.
